- Moves MCP tool discovery logic from ToolRegistry into a new, dedicated MCP client (mcp-client.ts and mcp-tool.ts). - Updates ToolRegistry to utilize the new MCP client. - Adds comprehensive tests for the new MCP client and its integration with ToolRegistry.
